In this episode, I share results from my August sales goal. I share my new September goals. I share how to get more mentions on Instagram Stories, how to be the best at what you do, and more. This is on purpose. Do you ever feel like you’re trying to balance it all, nourishing your health while growing your business and living a life well lived. And no matter how hard you try, sometimes you slip from purpose driven into autopilot. Take a deep breath, relax, and let’s get you back to where you belong. On purpose
Hello, my friends, it’s your girl Alex Beadon coming to you from the British countryside. I’m actually here visiting my parents at their home in Melbourne. For those of you who live in England, you may have heard of it. It’s in the West Midlands in Worcestershire. And I’m very happy to be here because as you guys know, I’ve been traveling non stop it has literally felt like a dream and a nightmare. That’s the best way that I can put it into words. I mean, literally this time last week, I was in Trinidad, packing up to take a an overnight flight to London. And then I spent a night in London flew to Rome the next morning, spent how many days how many nights two nights in Umbria and Italy. Then we drove back to Rome in the morning spent the entire day in Rome and then left the airport in Rome back to London, spent a night in London went wedding dress shopping the next day. And now here I am in Melbourne. So over the last seven days, that’s 12345 cities, which is similar to my previous week, which is similar to the last week that you heard of me. So literally, like the last three or four weeks have just been nonstop traveling, you guys must be sick and tired of hearing about it because I’m sick and tired of speaking about it. But I feel like it’s gotten progressively worse and worse and worse. And let’s be honest, like I didn’t know to expect this, like I knew that the travel was going to be hard and that the travel was going to take its toll. But alas, here we are. And so I wanted to kind of just give you a summary of the last week, I feel like it’s just been progressively getting more and more difficult to keep my cool and to feel grounded. I’ve been relying more on my tools this week than I have over the last few weeks. So I’ve been meditating a lot more this week. And reading a lot more and just taking time for myself a lot more. But that’s because I’ve had the chance, I feel like in the first few weeks, there was so much going on, everything was so busy, I didn’t really have any time to really steal to myself, whereas now I just feel so much better. Now that I’m here at my parents house. They have this like outdoor gym. Well, I don’t know what to call this, it was a barn they converted it into a gym slash playroom slash Alex’s study when she comes. But the most beautiful part about it is that it’s my own little space. It’s my own little corner. They know when I’m in here that I’m not to be disturbed. And so it’s really nice, because you know, before, like, if I’m staying with my sister, or if I’m staying like before, when we were staying in OBrien, we were like in this little, I don’t know what to call it kind of like a hotel. It’s a hotel, it’s more like a cottage that you rent out. But there’s people everywhere like you really don’t have your own private space. I had to wake up super early before everyone else woke up to record by episode because I didn’t want there to be any background noises or voices. And so it just feels good. It feels good to be home, it feels good to be at my parents house, it feels good to have my own space, I feel like I’m going to be way more grounded over the next week that I’m going to be here, I’m going to get to spend some high quality time with my parents, I’m gonna get some home cooked meals. And so it feels like a very nourishing place to be this is if I had to be anywhere else other than in my home with Nick, this would be where I would choose to be. So second best option is definitely not the worst option. But really, these last few weeks have been such an awakening to me. I was talking to Laura about it. And I was like it’s such a dichotomy. And she was like, yeah, she used a word. I think it’s cognitive dissonance where it’s like, you think something is going to be a certain way and it turns out to be something else but you’re happy but you’re frustrated. And so for me it’s like you know, you live this life where you can be a digital nomad, you can take your computer you can work from anywhere all you need is an internet connection and you’re good to go. And yet when you live this life where you’re literally city hopping every few days it’s not as glorious as it sounds like it’s a lot of energy a lot of like picking up moving on myself. Okay, settling down nope, now we’re picking up again moving. So it has definitely been, you know, one extreme and the next like such amazing things happening. My best friend got married my Is my sister my little sister guys, I say little sister, and people get so confused. She’s not that little, she’s 15 months younger than me. So we’re a year apart. And she went wedding dress shopping this week and I was there. That’s one of the reasons why I’m here in England is because I really did not want to miss out on that special moment of seeing her try on her wedding dresses for the first time. And it was really truly something special. And I’m so grateful that I was able to experience that with her and with my mom. And it was just such a magical thing. So I’m really grateful for the travel and at the same time. So looking forward to being rooted and grounded back at home. But like I said, this is a good second option. So I’m feeling much, much better now that I’m here. So yeah, I’m here. And that’s what I wanted to. That’s what I wanted to start this off with was just to give you an update on where I am and what’s going on. Today, I have a variety of things to talk to you about. I want to start with our flight our flight to Rome, Italy, from London, and actually our flight from Rome to London and London to Rome. Both times we flew with an airline called Easy jets, and the air host his name was Andre. He was absolutely fantastic. What’s so funny is that on the flight to Rome, I actually wasn’t paying attention. I had my headphones on the entire time, I did not even notice Andre. And after the Arab after we got off the plane, my mom, my sister, and undress who’s my sister’s fiance, and my future brother in law, which I’m very excited about. They were all like, Dude, did you notice that? That air host guys, there’s another word for air host what is it? It must be air host
whatever, you know what I’m talking about? And I was like, No, I didn’t notice they all noticed how professional and how amazing he was. And I felt really sad. I was like, Damn, I missed out on this amazing experience. Turns out our flight back to London, the exact same guy was there. So I got to really witness him and watch him do his thing. And it was just amazing how he’s taken a job, which is not something I’ve ever really like taken notice of before of how someone has performed this job. And he just performs it to the absolute best. I mean, it was just so amazing. Because when they brought it up to me, I was like how can an air host really do their best? Like I didn’t really understand it, like how can an air host really be so spectacular that you take notes of how professional they are. And going on the plane back with him and really taking, you know, being conscious and aware of him. And how he was doing really showed me like, whoa, this guy is really so good at what he does. And so it was just like little things like the way that he speaks into the, into the speakers that kind of you know, when our hosts speak into a phone and it goes it like, fills up the entire plane. So all of the speakers on the plane can hear what he’s saying, to make an announcement. Every single announcement he made was made slowly with care, you could tell that he was saying words, probably that he said a million times before but it felt like it was the first time he was saying it. It felt like he was saying it to you. He introduced every single person on his team with such honor. And with such presence. He went he was going around and offering food he was really doing it with care. And he had really felt like he was on your side on your team. I love that. At the end of our flight, he actually wished someone a happy birthday. I’d like a he announced this to the entire plan. He was like it’s so and so’s birthday in row four. Let’s all clap and wish her happy birthday and the whole blame sided clapping. And it just kind of highlighted the importance of doing your best not just in your job, but in every moment of life and showing up in every moment of life at your very best at the best that you can afford to show up. As right. And so I started thinking about you know, how can we take this notion of showing up as your best and doing your best and really let that seep into the work that we do in the world? Right? So no matter what it is that you’re I know a lot of you guys have full time jobs. A lot of you guys aren’t yet doing. Or a lot of you guys don’t yet have a business that you’re working on full time. How can you show up at the job that you don’t enjoy doing with life and give it as much as you possibly can and really show up with presents and do your best? And then how can you come home and bring your best to your upcoming business? If you are in your business 100% full time like I am. I’ve really applied this lesson not only to the way that okay, yes, like obviously I want to show up for my clients and do my best in that regard. But also what about the tasks that don’t really excite me the things that are kind of like a drag to do I’ve had so much fun since that flight, really just applying the whole concept and being like how can I make this fun? How can I bring my everything to this? How can I show up with present How can I do my absolute best here? And really, it’s just like one tiny little shift in mindset that can change your entire energy of what you’re bringing to your project and what you’re bringing to the table, which then shifts the way that everything in what you’re doing feels right. So, to me, it’s just been, I’ve been feeling super inspired by Andre Andre from easy jet, I must say, I’m very impressed by you, if you are listening to this any anywhere in the world. Thank you for shining your light. And for those of you who are listening, who are not, Andre, I would like you to know that my future brother in law on this did actually take the time to tell Andre What an excellent job he did and how professional he was. So I was so glad that we got the opportunity to do that. Because I think it’s important when you see someone doing a good job to tell them in the same way that if you go to a restaurant and something’s wrong, you know, you might complain, or you might be like, hey, just so you know, this happened or whatever. I think it’s just as important to do that when things go well when things go right when someone’s doing an excellent job. So I hope that you can carry that with you throughout your week. You know, just asking yourself, what does it look like for you to show up at your best? And how can you bring more presence to what it is that you’re doing? It For Me, it’s just given me so much more momentum and so much more positive energy around my activities. So, Andre, thank you for being awesome. The next few things that I want to talk to you about are Instagram related. You guys know that I love me some Instagram What’s so funny is like, I created this podcast, not really, I don’t really have a strategy in mind when it comes to the podcast, really, I want to let loose in the podcast for the first 100 episodes, see what happens. I want this to be like a fun place of expression for me. And it’s been really interesting how every single week I’ve been giving you guys Instagram tips. Like I find myself just wanting to talk about Instagram all day every day, which is so funny, because that’s what I want to be known for right now is Instagram stories and putting yourself out there and creating more visibility in your business so that you can get in front of the right people make more sales, etc. So it’s been it’s been interesting over the last few solo episodes where I’ve, I really have been giving you guys a lot of instant tips. But anyway, I have two Instagram tips for you today. The first tip is a tip that I actually got from on this because he has an iPhone x, I have an iPhone eight plus, and he was looking at all my pictures on my eight plus and he was like, Dude, your cameras so much better than mine. And I was like, unless you have the X, there’s no way my camera’s better than yours. He was like, No, I’m telling you look. So he brings up his camera. And he compares it to mine. He’s like, look at how crystal clear your photos are. And look at how blurry mine are. And I was like, unless your iPhone camera lens needs to be cleaned. So I told him and this is a trick that I use every single day, every single day before I use my camera lens, I clean it and I clean it on like my T shirts, I find that that’s a really great, easy way to clean it. Do not use your finger, your finger is oily and dirty. And that’s just not going to help. But I see this a lot. I see people using their camera phones. There’s one guy in particular in Trinidad, I follow him. And he’s I love his stories, because he really uses Instagram stories to bring us along. He’s like an electrician. And he brings us along in his business. And he shows us what he’s working on. And he brings you behind the scenes and you see his team members and it’s really just such a great way to communicate what he does to the world. So I am commending him for that. And that’s awesome. But his videos mountain and his photos are so blurry. It literally looks like someone put Vaseline on the front of his lens. Because all of his videos and pictures are blurry. It just it’s it’s horrible. And I’m sitting there and I’m like, Oh my gosh, I just want to message him and be like, Please clean your please clean your your, your lens. But I think that might be a little a little much I don’t like to just harass people about their their photo quality.
So I stay away from that. But I’m telling it to you guys so that you can keep this in mind. Make sure that your lens is clean when you’re using it. It makes a huge difference in how sharp the quality of your videos in camera cameras, videos and photos are. The next thing that I wanted to talk to you about is something that I did on accident this week twice. And actually now that I’ve done it twice, I’m like, Dude, this is so smart. So basically, you know that now on Instagram Stories, if you tag someone in a story, Instagram gives them the ability to repost the story that you posted to their story, right, which basically means that you’re getting your story in front of more eyeballs, because that person that you tagged, then has the ability to share it with their entire audience. So it’s introducing you to new audiences right. Now. This can be used strategically so obviously like it would be better if this person had an audience full of your ideal clients, but you can also use it randomly just to kind of see how it goes. So twice this week I tagged people Who i They’re both musicians. I enjoy both of their music. The first one was someone in Trinidad Her name is Nyla Blackman and AI L H. And she came out with a new song called Birthday song and I’ve just been loving the song. I’ve been playing it on repeat. It’s just such a good feeling good vibes song. And I was like, You know what? I’m gonna do like a little video where I had to decide what song Am I gonna put in the background and I was like, I’ve been digging the song, I’ll put it in the background. And I did. And I remembered thankfully, when I was posting it, I was like, Dude, I need to tag Nyla I need to tag Nyla so I tagged Nyla. And of course, she reposted it because it was such a great video. It was a video where I was like filming myself singing along to the song with the beautiful Italian countryside in the background. And of course, she reposted it because it looks awesome that someone’s listening to her music in Italy. Right? So that was one instance. And then the next incidence is a guy called Jared Brady. You guys might remember the very first episode I ever did on this podcast was with Shannon BootROM. She has a boyfriend now fiance called Jared Brady, he’s a musician. And he just came out with a new album. It’s called enjoy summer if you want to go and check it out. And I was listening to his music all day today. And I was like, Dude, he just dropped this album today, I should definitely do a video of me listening to it because chances are super high he’s gonna repost that, it’s just gonna get my stuff my my story in front of more eyeballs, and who knows who might click over and be introduced to my work, right. So I’m not saying to like go out of your way to tag people just hoping that they’ll tag you back. But like any instance in your life, where you’re using a product or service, especially a product or service that has a large following, but they’re not like Kim Kardashian, because Kim Kardashian is probably never going to retrieve any of us. When I say retweet, she’s probably never gonna like repost any of our stories. Because she’s Kim Kardashian. She’s huge. But finding someone who has an audience size, it’s not too big. Someone who’s going to appreciate the love and someone who’s going to repost whatever it is that you’ve posted. It could be a musician, it could be a product that you really love. It could be jewelry, it could be a book that you’ve really been enjoying, maybe you’re going to tag the author, there’s so many different people that you can tag and when you’re doing it, just ask yourself, you know, how can I create a story that they’re going to want to share with their people that’s going to hopefully attract more of my people to me, but also it’s going to be visually interesting enough for them to repost. So I would give that to you guys is like a little piece of homework this week. I love giving you guys homework, I love giving myself homework. First piece of homework, always show up, do your best. Ask yourself, like maybe even sit down and do like little journal prompts, where you’re like, what would it look like if I showed up as the best at what I do? That might be one homework. Second homework is to this week, have the aim to tag maybe five different people, companies, brands, whatever, with the hopes that someone retweets one of your store read I keep saying retweets, but you know what I mean, one of your stories, that would be so so super cool. Okay, so those were my Instagram tips. I hope you enjoyed them. If you’ve listened this far, I did this a few weeks ago, and it was really, really fun. I’m gonna do it. Again, if you’ve listened this far, and you’re enjoying it, I’m giving you a special little activity to do that. If you do this, you’re going to be entered to win a 20 minute conversation with me on the phone where you can ask me anything about your business. And I will do my best to be of the highest service to you for 20 minutes. So here’s what I want you to do. I want you to take a picture, add it to your story, and let the world know that you’re listening to podcast episode. Number I believe this is number 17. Yeah, podcast episode number 17. Of on purpose with Alex Beadon. You have to tag me if you don’t have me, I’m not going to see it. And I want you to include an emoji of the headphones. And that’s how I’m going to know that you heard this section right here that’s going to be like the way that you enter is I’m going to see that little emoji of the headphones. I’m gonna be like this person actually listened all the way through. So congrats to you if you did. Okay, now back to the goodness I want to talk to you guys about my goals for August. I’m not recording this. It’s almost the end of August. Tomorrow’s the last day of August. By the time you listen to this, it will be beginning of September. So this is the perfect time to look back over the past month. I’m actually not going to do my full review of the month until tomorrow because as I’m recording this, it’s super late at night it’s like 10pm at night my time I would like to go to bed after this. But tomorrow I’m definitely going to look back and do my gratitudes celebrate my month look at what went right look at what went wrong etc. But I wanted to review my goals with you this month and kind of share what I’m feeling about it all. So this month as you know is a heavy month of travel. It is ridiculous. I think I spent like 75% of this month traveling maybe even more By the time I get home, I will have only spent two days of the month at my home in Trinidad, which makes me feel so sad. But next month is going to be great. Because next month I’m going to be at least solid in Trinidad for at least a month. I think it’s going to be like a month in two weeks before I’m off again to South Africa. But we’ll get to that later. I have some super exciting news. I can’t believe I haven’t shared with you guys yet. I’m kind of scared to share it. Anyway, I’m gonna get to that one day. But yeah, this past month has just been so much trouble. And so I have not hit Did I hit any of my goals, I had one of my goals. So I’m going to walk you through each and every single one of my goals and we’re going to break it down baby, we’re going to break it down. So the first goal I had was to sell 124 Grand Slams this month. For those of you who don’t know, I have an online course called Grand Slam. It’s super short, super bite sized. And it basically helps people learn how to present themselves to the world using Instagram Stories, how to tell epic stories, so that their people can really fall in love with the story of who they are and what they do, resulting in more of a know like and trust factor, resulting in more sales, etc, etc. So it’s all about visibility, putting yourself out there and creating deeper connections. I sold 10 of the 120 for 10. That’s 8% I cannot even believe that I only sold 10. Right? And when I look back, and I think about it, and I think about what went right and what went wrong. I mean, it’s super clear. I was literally all over the place this month. I’ve been in so many different cities. I’ve been traveling non stop, it was my best friend’s wedding. And then it was my sister’s like planning of her wedding. And there’s just been so much happening. We had the friends moon. So I’m being super compassionate with myself, I feel zero guilt around this one. It wasn’t really a strong focus of mine this month work has not been a strong focus of mine this month. So I’m I’m saying okay, it sucks that I didn’t sell the 124 that I wanted to sell. It sucks that I only made 8% of my goal. But I’m using it as a lot of fuel to hit my goal next month. So September, I want to sell 124 grand slams. That’s my goal. That’s what I’m focused on. And I can at least look back at this month and say, Yes, I was all over the place. Yes, there was a lot of travel going on. But we did set up our evergreen funnel. So our evergreen funnel is now up, it’s live, it’s ready to go, I can start linking to it. I literally finished the last part of it today. So I’m really excited to like get that up and running. My goal for next month, I will say when it comes to Grand Slam is going to be yes, I want to sell 124. But I also want to set up the Facebook ads side of things so that we have Facebook ads leading people into that marketing funnel. I think there was a lot of confusion. When I first got started with the podcast when I was talking about we had a Facebook ad strategy. And then we have an email strategy. Those are two different things. But the email strategy does involve Facebook ads, it’s just that the Facebook ad strategy is a completely different strategy that doesn’t involve email at all. So even though this is an email strategy, it does still involve Facebook ads, and my goal next month will be to get that side of it set up. So I’m really excited for that. I think that’s going to go superbly.
Another goal that I had for the month of August was to prioritize my morning routine and feel grounded while I travel. That was a joke, honestly, like, What a joke was that I did not have a morning routine. It was too much travel too much movement, to be honest with you every single time that I woke up and I was like, oh, I should really take some time to myself, I was exhausted. There was zero energy for that. So that was a fail. But I’m going to say I’m giving myself some compassion around that because there was a lot of trouble this month. I also wanted to set time limits for my task and remind myself that Done is better than perfect. That is a goal that I think I did incredibly well that it was frustrating to not work as much as I wanted to work this month. It was frustrating shopping moving ahead on my goals that I wanted to accomplish this month when it came to Grand Slam. But at the same time, I got a lot done this month, like when I look at all of the stuff that I finished and accomplished this month. I’m really, really proud of myself because it would have been easy for me to just completely switch off. And I didn’t like every every time that I could fit some work in I fit some work in. And so I’m happy about that side of things. Keep an August gratitude list. I didn’t do this. I did for like the first 10 days and then as soon as I started traveling, it really just fell by the wayside. So I think what I need to start doing because clearly it’s not a habit. I started this habit back in January and it lasts a good four or five months and then I fell off. I think I need to have like a reminder on my phone. What are you grateful for today to like go in and write those things down. So that’s one thing that I can change for next month to really start implementing that into my system. I buy into my system, I mean, into my habits. And I also had a goal to run 36k This month, I did not run 36k. So far, I’ve run 15. Tomorrow, I’m going to run another eight. So that’s going to bring me up to 23 of my 36, which is 64%. Again, not going to be upset about this one, my entire month is just been crazy. All this travel has really thrown me off. So it is what it is. I let myself anyway, I’m giving myself this month of August is like a fun month. And such as life, so we move on. So the goals for this month moving forward is I want to sell 124 gram Psalms, I want to get the Facebook funnel up and running through the ads. I want to have an August gratitude list. And I definitely want to run 36 kilometers this month, I think it’s doable, because I will be spending enough time at home to actually put that into my routine. And also I want to meditate and journal more often I’m not doing it enough, I would like to be doing it at least every other day. I want to do it every day. But the truth is when you’re when you’re building a habit saying you’re going to do something every day, it’s just kind of silly. I need to be I just need to like focus every other day I think is a good goal to have. So that’s that those are my September goals. And like I said, I think this is good to like check in with you guys let you know where I’m at and just kind of share the journey with you. I love hearing about people’s journeys. I love hearing about where people are out the truth behind what’s going on on like, you see Instagram, you’re like, oh, this person lives this perfect life. And then I just think it’s so cool getting to like, Listen behind the scenes to what’s really happening. So I hope that you’re enjoying this. If you are, it would really mean a lot to me. If you would just like let me know on the ground, send me a DM, just beg, yo, I really appreciate it, whatever that would mean a lot to me. Or if there’s something else that you prefer to be hearing about, let me know about that too. But right now Your feedback is so so helpful. This is episode number 17. So we’re still early days, guys is still early days. So your feedback is really welcome. Um, I kind of want to talk about something that happened to me, this, I feel like it was earlier this week. There were some points this week when I was like super stressed and super anxious, and super panicky and just feeling like oh my gosh, like I just haven’t gotten any work done. And I’ve been traveling all the time, and I just can’t wait to be home. And it was just like this pent up feeling of like, it’s too much. It’s too much. It’s too much. And it’s like I I realized that I needed to step up and be a boss. I think it was my first day back was it Wednesday, which was yesterday, I can’t remember what it was. But there was a time when I was like, Okay, it’s time to get back to work. It’s time to get your head in the game. And I had this feeling of like, Oh my God. I don’t know what I’m doing. I feel overwhelmed. I don’t know what the next step is. I don’t know what I’m supposed to be doing. I don’t I that’s kind of where my mind was at. So I kind of wanted to just walk you through the process for me because it was super simple. Just shifting my mindset on that of going from like, I don’t know what I’m doing. I’m coming, I’ve completely lost my momentum. I don’t know where I’m going. I don’t know how to handle this overwhelm to being like, Okay, what’s your goal? And my one goal, and this is why it’s so helpful if you guys haven’t read the book Essentialism by Greg MacAllan met Greg Mikko, and I don’t know how to say his last name. It has it literally changed my business life. When I read that book, it’s all about focus. I can summarize a book for you right now. It’s like focus on one thing instead of focusing on 10 things and you’ll get way farther ahead. If you always have your list of priorities, you’re good to go. So for me, it’s like okay, Grand Slam number one, podcast number two, etc, etc. Right? So just like literally knowing what your goals are, and in which order. So for me, my number one goal is like, okay, Graham Psalm. So what needs to get done for Graham Psalm? And then I can say, Okay, well, we have the Evergreen campaign in place, but the emails haven’t been confirmed. So I need to go through and I need to confirm the emails. And maybe I need to edit them and changes something here or there or whatever. Okay, cool. That’s the next step. That’s it. Focus on that. Focus on how good it’s gonna feel. Once that’s done, focus on how amazing it’s going to be to really start running with the Evergreen funnel. And just focus on that. And that’s it. And just like, let the rest of all the stress and the rest of all the worry and the concerns really just float away. And that’s how I deal with overwhelm. It sounds like a really simple thing. And it is really simple. But it’s super helpful to remember when you’re going through that I get a lot of questions from people. They’re like, Oh my gosh, what do I do when I’m overwhelmed? What I do when I don’t know what the next step is? It’s like okay, literally break it down. What is the next step? What’s your goal and what’s the very next step? So I hope you enjoyed this episode. I might be in New York City next week. I know you’re like, Alex, you’ve been traveling all over the world, why are you going to New York City, I have a few errands to run in the United States. So I’m heading on over, they’re going to give Laura visits, I need to book my ticket. So it’s not set in stone yet, but I have a good feeling it’s going to happen. So if you’re in New York, and you want to meet your girl, I’m thinking I’m going to have a meet up while I’m there. So if you’re interested in that, hit me up on Instagram, let me know and I will keep you in the loop. And other than that, I think that’s everything, I felt like I was going to be talking for way longer, I actually cut down my list of topics because I didn’t want to be going on for like an hour and a half. But that went by really, really quickly. So I hope you enjoyed it. And I hope this showed you like the big takeaway is that you’re always doing your best trust that you’re always doing your best. And if you know you’re not doing your best, snap yourself out of it. Like sometimes I let myself especially when I’m home, I sometimes find myself doing things that are just not productive or doing things that I know I’m not working at my optimal or at my best. And it’s like, I just have to ask myself, Is this what boss Alex would be? Do it like I have this vision of boss Alex of like, Who is this woman? Who is this girl who’s killing it? Who has this amazing business? who’s hiring people who’s changing lives? Like who is this woman? And what what what is her life look like? How does she show up in life? How does she show up? And if I’m not showing up like that, then there’s, there’s a, what’s it called there’s, I need to close the distance, I need to close the gap between where I’m at now and who she is and how she shows up in her life. I don’t have to be perfect. But I need to, you know, create those good habits to help me create the life that I want to live. So that’s what it’s all about. Anyway, my mind is kind of going to mush right now. It’s super late at night. I gotta I gotta go. I gotta go to sleep. But I hope that you guys really enjoyed this episode. And if you did, hit me up on Instagram, and I’ll talk to you guys again later. Bye. Thank you so much for listening to today’s episode. If you enjoyed it, I would love for you to give me a shout out on your Instagram story or anywhere. Just letting me know what your biggest takeaway was.
